I live and hunt in Alaska. I had my reservations about this bag and all bags with NO insulation on the bottom. Turns out with a sleeping pad it is no big deal. For teh one reviewer that didn't know, there was no insulation on the bottom, that is your fault for not doing your homework. You can find insulated air pads that will keep you warm and toasty. I have had this bag in the single digits many times. I move around a lot when I sleep. This is the bag for me.
