The double z wide is perfect - Big Agnes Insulated Double Z Air Pad-Wide Regular

I upgraded from a regular to a the wide. Both are good but the wide was more comfortable for me and shoulders. Gave my son the regular and he likes it. The insulation works and its easy to blow up even though it takes a few more than advertised.
