I got the long and tall one. I’m 6 ft 210 and it fits perfectly with a 25-30 inch mat. This is my comfy bag I take on weekend trips. If you’re trying to cut weight wherever possible this isn’t for you. That being said, it doesn’t feel heavy for its size.
