Spacious design - Big Agnes Rattlesnake SL 3 mtnGLO Tent

I purchased this tent for me and my wife for multi-day backpacking trips. I bought the BA Rattlesnake because the fabric is more durable than the fabric in the BA Copper Mtn. The Mountain Glow system is just right for night viewing and is relatively light-weight. The battery compartment is located in a pocket at the top of the tent and is easy to locate in the dark. The zippered doors open easily with one hand and the floor space is very roomy for two people. I will carry a few more ounces for the durability over lighter fabrics. Overall, this tent is a good sweet spot for anyone that wants to have fun in the back country and is not fanatical about ounces.
