I was skeptical at first but after playing around with my FirePit over a few weekends, I'm happy I got it. It really does help a ton with getting rid of the smoke and the fan makes starting a fire a breeze (no more getting down in the dirt to blow on the fire). Plus, being able to control your fire with your phone is pretty sweet. While you can't exactly have a bonfire in it, it's great for grilling, roasting mallows, or just hanging out around the fire. I highly recommend getting the solar carry cover as well, it charges the battery pack surprisingly fast and makes hauling it around convenient.
