Bad quality - BioLite SolarHome System 620

I bought this in the hopes that it would be reliable and ready when needed. It is neither. It mus be on the solar charger to stay charged. It needs more than 8 hours of full sun to charge and doesn't last for 4 hours. The lights are not bright and a couple of LED lanterns do a much better job than this hunk of garbage. Had a defective radio unit, and customer service support is abysmal. Only way to contact them is per a support form on their web site.Then you are at their mercy if and when they answer you. There is no telephone number Is this even a US based company? I got a used replacement unit and very obviously no one even bothered to do a quality check on it before sending out to me. No packaging protection, something smeared all over the control panel, spilled something ALL over the solar panel. This thing is not cheap and you can do yourself better with other products.
