Unfortunately the hard stiff leather of the straps hurt my feet. How do you soften it? My nephew said it takes about 1 month of wearing them before the leather softens. That's way too long to be uncomfortable wearing shoes. If it weren't for the stiff leather, they would be great. I tried wearing them with socks and they feel a bit better but socks and sandals look ridiculous.
