I bought this for high intensity XC skiing. I use it under a midlayer and vest or under a light XC skiing jacket. It works great. I stay dry, which is unusual for me. The mesh knit is in all the right places to help with airflow. The wool isn’t itchy. I am 5’4”, 128 pounds with a muscular build, and the Small fits perfectly. I liked it so much that I bought a 2nd one!
