I Ski's Review of Black Diamond Ascension Nylon STS Skins
I was able to actually hike straight uphill without sliding in the least. These skins hold firm so you can take your next step and summit faster. Amazing. They were easy to trim (mainly because I had my friend who knew what he was doing trim them), but it looked easy. They are simple to use and they pack well.
