Advantageous details described correctly: lightweight; made of very robust and abrasion-resistant fabric, comes with the seam-sealer kit.
IMHO, cons are:
- For larger folks (I'm 6'1", 200lbs, no "excess" fat, no particularly broad shoulders) it is a 3-season bivy - because, whilst roomy enough to place a winter sleeping bag, in the chest-shoulders area the bag is compressed against the bivy walls - resulting in "cold spots" and loosing of heat; the opening is too tight to, weather permitting, let you comfortably lay with upper body (with the winter-sleeping-bag or parka on) outside the bivy;
- The fabric loses breathability when wet.
