I was looking forward to getting this belt though unfortunately I was rather disappointed. It keeps the trousers up though it is very stiff/somewhat uncomfortable and does not go on or come off easily. There is an end cap sewn on the belt that is too big for the buckle and you have to mess around with it. It takes a minute or two every time to get the belt on or off. Black Diamond makes great chalk and pants, but not-so-great pants.
