The first time I was to use this pack (after 60day warranty period), was for a week long trek when I noticed the seam had split during packing. I have contacted Black Diamond several times and after 4 weeks I'm still trying to get someone from the US or Australia to action a return/refund. The pack is otherwise light weight & well designed. This may have been a one off issue, but a poor response from Black Diamond company has now made me sceptical about buying their products.
This review was written in the old system and had content requirements that are different than reviews written today.
