there is a small back pouch large enough to carry an energy bar or a folded up beanie. There are two small chest loops that don't allow gear to move (good spot to secure your anchor system[i.e. daisy chain, etc.]). The large Loops hold a massive amount of light weight gear. There is a shoulder loop on each side that makes it very convenient for lowering to your belay so as to rack any needed gear.
This review was written in the old system and had content requirements that are different than reviews written today.
