Prism fell off - Blicard Belay Glasses

The second time I used these glasses at the gym, the left prism fell right off the glasses! I hadn't dropped them or anything. (I got the same glasses for a friend and she dropped her glasses while using them outdoors, and the prism fell out of hers, too.) I was able to re-glue my prism on, but am disappointed with how poorly the it was glued on.
Also, the strap that's included with the glasses isn't tight on the sides and slips off easily.
Otherwise, they work fine, although depending on the shape of your nose, they may slide off while you're using them (and the strap doesn't help to keep them flush against your face).
