Tight in arms - Burton Hearth Snap-Up Fleece - Women's

I’m usually an XS and ordered a M for extra room but it’s still too tight in the arms to wear over any layers. But then it’s oddly big around the waist, just doesn’t look great. The collar also sticks out and doesn’t lay flat. The fleece itself seems nice but overpriced even for the sale price. Disappointed since it is final sale, would have returned otherwise
