Place close attention to the sizing guide on this harness and take measurements of your waist and legs. This harness is made for tiny people... when I'm usually on the cusp of a medium or large in all other outdoor gear and clothing, I got an XL and it runs tight. Didn't end up putting it to use on my recent Roger's Pass trip but looks true to form: super lightweight, packable, and bare min protection.
