These are outstanding ultralight gaiters. I used them on a trip to climb Kilimanjaro. I was not sure of conditions so i wanted something light. It was wet and I wore them on 5 of the 7 days. Not only did i stay dry but these gaitors are very quiet. My wife has OR crocodiles. They are noisy and heavy compared to the Camp Kristal gaitors. The only concern worth reporting is that they are not breatha
