Remenek's Review of CamelBak Chase Hydration Backpack
I had been using a worn-out Camelbak Slipstream for years. It was intended for roadies, but I liked the size for taking one or two laps of the 8 mile local trail. I was able to keep my phone, wallet, keys, and just enough water with me. The Chase vest is perfect for short trips. It carries just enough water and has crazy amounts of pockets for the sizs.. I am able to fit a huge Galaxy Note 9 in the front strap pocket making phone access easy without removing the pack. I am also able to fit my keys in a front pocket, making them easy to access. There is TONS of room left over for tools, snacks and whatever else. I like how it stays put. It doesn't bounce up and down on your back in the rough stuff, even full of water. I liked it so much, I bought two more as gifts.
Pros:
Front pockets, tons of storage, stays put
Cons:
Phone in front pocket may get smashed if you crash.
Best Used for:
Biking (Mountain and Road), Trail Running
Would Recommend:
Yes
