Great, holds my emergency tools, tubes, etc for bicycle riding (mountain and road). Water bladder is big enough for extended rides, but I fill it a little over half full for 2 hour rides here. Much better than water bottles for water. I use water bottles for energy drinks which I do not put in the bladder, way to hard to get it clean with sugary drinks in the bladder and worse, the hose.
Pros:
- storage for tools, etc..
- bladder is big enough for extended rides
Cons:
- Big, covers my back and I sweat profusely
Best Used for:
- biking
