Weekend grill guy
I recently purchased the smoker and it has been fantastic. Easy to use, simple maintenance and the product it produces is very moist and tender and the flavor is outstanding. As a propane gas guy who was looking at the Egg, I would highly recommend this product.

Camp Chef SmokePro STX Pellet Grill
I owned a Pit Boss grill prior to this and had nothing but problems with it. It would not maintain temps, it would constantly error out and shut down. This Camp Chef SmokePro is totally dependable. I have not had it 2 weeks yet, but I have cooked a pork tenderloin and pork ribs and they came out great. The temps hover very close to the setting, the meat probe seems very reliable as well. I could not be more happy with this product. And Campsaver.com, offered this grill up at an incredible price. I am very satisfied!

Great smoker
Tell me what more could you ask for this smoker dose it all customer service at Camp Chef is second to none .wonderful ribs,smoked salmon just about anything you put in it if you buy this smoker you won't be sorry.

this smoker is perfect. i have used and still use a few different smoking methods this by far is the easiest and gives the best flavor. like a lot say the legs are a bit weak but really i am not dragging it around town so i dont see it being an issue temp stays with in 5-10 degrees of display temp. in my opinion this smoker is easily better then that "high end brand" traeger. the ash clean out makes it very nice as well. i have read some reviews that this doesnt produce enough smoke well.... something maybe wrong with your unit. the only thing i did to mine as a "mod" is i put some heat nomex gasket around the lid to seal it up as it did let a lot of smoke out from it once i did that the temp even stayed closer in range.

Great BBQ'er!
received my Camp Chef Smoke Pro right before labor day weekend. The setup on this was simple and straight-forward. Was able to put this together in less than an hour (taking my time) using a few simple hand tools. You can tell that the smoker is well built with quality components. On Labor Day I decided to smoke some baby back ribs using the 3-2-1 method. It was so easy to do and the finished ribs came out tasting incredible! The automatic feeder worked like a charm - no more having to check the wood chips - the smoker did everything for me.
Would definitely recommend this smoker to everyone looking for a better way to smoke!
