Not what i ordered, but.... - Chaco Azula Mid Waterproof Boot - Women's

I ordered the Azula Mid Hiking Boot and received the Azula Sneaker both times. I ordered online first, got the sneakers, then reordered with the help of an agent. Got sneakers both times. Customer service was wonderful...turns out the stock number wasn't right on their end. Both customer service agents took great care of me. They didn't have my hiking boots (sigh) but I sure got to talk to some nice helpful people AND they paid for shipping both ways AND I got my money back. Other than the disappointment of not getting what I ordered, the service reps excelled at taking care of me. I would order from them again.
