Had to return the first pair and order up a size as the strap was very tight across my foot. Campsaver was prompt in the exchange, and even though their exchange dept is allowed 5 working days to process, the young man on chat with me could see that the return had been received in their warehouse and immediately sent my new size out -- I received them Just in time for the weekend.
The Jacy is much more comfortable than the other Chaco's I have, and the foot bed does not get slick when wet. I will definitely order more.
