Purchased to use for running. First time using gels. Liked that it was nearly an all organic product. Taste (expresso) was surprisingly real good. Digested well & didn't bother my stomach while out on the run. A very noticeable energy boost is achieved using this gel. Compared to other available gel brand labels (ingredients) - this was my first choice & am happy with it aside from the caffeine. T
