Cocoon u shaped aircore down pillow - Cocoon U-Shaped AirCore Down Pillow

I have used this pillow for overnight lying down sleeping ( instead of a regular pillow ) for many years. I sleep on my back and this pillow keeps my spine aligned and prevents me from tossing and turning. The down in the cover makes all the difference. It is cozy and it is warm in the winter. The only issue is that after about a year the plastic liner started to leak. I patched it several times until it no longer could be patched. The pillow is SO good though that in spite of this leaking issue I still continue to buy it. I noticed that the 2019 model has a slightly different design. I havent opened the pillow up yet to look at the plastic bladder to see if it is better made than last years model. I hope it is. I highly highly recommend this Cocoon U Shaped Aircore DOWN Pillow.
