Great hiking shirt - Columbia Pilsner Peak III Long Sleeve Shirt - Mens

I have worn this shirt on a long 14 mile hike. First, it wicks moisture away great. I purchased a small for 5'10" and 155 lbs, and love the fit. The sleeves roll up comfortably without too much bunching of fabric (which is something that annoys me). I have not used it under much sun exposure, and so cannot comment on the sun protection it affords.

Please note, though, that I caught a thorn on an overgrown trail and it did pick a little spot on the sleeve. Nothing out of the ordinary - hiking clothes get dinged up.

This is a synthetic, so it will stink by the end of the day. I would bring a change of clothes for a long day hike for the ride home.
