Just test walked the Columbia Rebel Roamer rain pants in a balmy 33 degree wet snowy day with 30-35 mph winds. Performance was exceptional! Matched with a Columbia rain coat my 5 mile walk was a breeze. Dollar for dollar I’d put these up against any rain pants. Only tiny complaint is that there is no pockets but if you have a jacket on you really don’t need them
