Lh's Review of Cotopaxi Cielo Rain Jacket - Women's

I haven’t tested this is the rain yet but seems like a quality jacket. I wish there was a cinch cord at the bottom because I ordered a Medium and it’s pretty large and long. I’m usually a size XS or S but I wanted room to layer, I probably could’ve gotten away with a small.
