Great glamping but questionable durability - Crua Outdoors Loj Tent

Although i am not the owner i stayed in a friends crua loj for 6 days last month. There were 4 of us on this trip
The positives are the room darkness feature, noise insulation feature and the overall size. i never felt confined even though we had a rain day where we stayed inside the tent most of the day.
There were some negatives. We experienced a small leak around one of the windows which i dont feel are very strong, and set up takes a while. I also have concerns as to how long the tent material will last as it just doesn’t feel durable (but that is my own feeling)
I was hoping to give my brother a stellar review but i cant quite do that. He is very active in the scouts with his son and they were wanting info on this tent. (they even reached out to crua for a long term demo as they were looking to replace a fleet of 16 tents but crua declined. Again this makes me question the tents durability)
I have never seen any scouts or outfitters do a long term review.....this goes to my feeling it wont hold up. These tents have been out for a few years and no long term reviews.
If a tent can survive an outfitter or the scouts it can survive anything. As of now i cant justify the hefty expense on a tent like this.
And i feel this tent is not for long term camping but great for a few weeks a year of glamping
