Perfect - Danner Mountain Light Hiking Shoes - Women's

I love these boots. At first, they were tight on my achilles but they have completely softened up. I was looking for a good hiking boot that I could still wear all the time, specifically to work. I work at a garden/grennhouses and these boots are constantly wet and my feet stay dry all day.
I had previously had some high-price boots that were Gore-Tech and all man-made materials and after a few backpacking trips... they still weren't broken in. Finally I caved and gave them away because they simply wouldn't conform to my feet. This sent me on the hunt for some WOMEN'S ALL LEATHER BOOTS... I was shocked at how few companies these days make classic boots for women. My mom always compliments the classic style. And that's what these are; simple as they should be. No extra's needed. And THNK YOU, Danner for making these in America. I'm totally happy with the price difference knowing someone actually earns a living making boots for Danner.
