I purchased this backpack for the purpose of walking the Japanese mountain using a tent in a trip from 3 to 4days. Anyway, I have it firmly and am reliable even if I pack much baggage. The belt of the waist keeps strong greatly, too and takes load. In addition, the cover which I could open and close by U-shaped fastener was able to easily look for necessary baggage. It is a very good backpack.
