The bright orange is beautiful and will help you find it on the luggage carousel. The hard bottom with stand will keep it upright. The separate zipped compartment on the end is great for storing shoes, wet clothes, or items you need to access quickly. The zippers and handle are sturdy and top notch. The handles are located in exactly the right places. There are compression straps inside AND outside. This is replacing a 20-year old Hedgren soft rolling duffel. It's not as light but it was the lightest one with this capacity. The icing on the cake is the "No Matter What" warranty. Eagle Creek created my dream duffel.
