Falls over - Eagle Creek Tarmac 20

I got this bag and did a test pack for a trip I have coming up. I set it on the floor and it immediately fell over forward. It wasn't even expanded. It's a nice looking bag with some nice features but the falling over would be a big pain. I sent it back.
