RR's Review of Edelrid Bulletproof Carabiner

I haven't used these yet but the quality looks way better than I expected. The photos don't do justice to the steel insert. It is integrated really nicely into the aluminum body of the biner. Also, these look to be really heavy duty. The aluminum body and gate are much thicker than the carabiners on my other quickdraws. Bent gate has a little notch to engage your thumb which is nice. Gates are slightly stiff but ok.
