I used Enertia meals for my last 4 day hike and enjoyed them immensely. I must say that I do not think there is anything I have had by Mountain House or the other brands that I liked more than the San Juan Stroganoff by Enertia. Enertia was wise to dispense with the meat from their meal and save us all a few bucks in the process. I wish there were not 3 or 4 satchets of ingredients in the Enert
