When my package arrived I noticed it was only partically complete although the packing list said it was complete. When I called I was told that the missing item was no longer in stock and there was no longer an option of receiving that item. I was offered a refund for the missing item and told that I would also receive a coupon for 25% off of my next order for the inconvenience. I only received a refund and never a coupon. Customer service was friendly however they were not very helpful.
This review was written in the old system and had content requirements that are different than reviews written today.
