Won't inflate after 2nd trip - Eureka Rio Grande Queen Air Bed

I took great care of this mattress, and by the end of our second camping trip, it started to lose air and we ended up with a flat mattress. I slept on it a total of 7 times. SO disappointing because it wasn't cheap and I thought I'd avoid sleeping on the hard ground buying a good mattress!
