Joe's Review of Evernew Titanium Non-Stick Fry Pan
Finally decided to get a proper frying pan for the trail and this one works great. The nonstick is essential since I'm using minimal cooking oil while backpacking. Fits a whole pack of hotdogs, a couple of potatoes, or a small fish. The metal is very thin so keep the heat as low as you can. If it was thicker that would make it heavier so it's a fair trade off.
