I bought this to replace one that had the rubber deteriorate and fall off the handles after several years. It's too bad that the company who makes it has zero customer service integrity and would not allow me to replace the handles only. I originally wasn't going to ever buy anything this company makes again. But my bowl fits inside it perfectly, and as I said, it is very lightweight. 4 stars for product. 0 stars for the Japanese company who does not stand behind the name.
