Overall, a great shoe. Nice and stiff, great for edging. The extra rubber around the sides gives good protection for cracks.
I'd reccomend this shoe to any beginner, or anyone looking for a shoe that they can wear all day (assuming they don't want to drop big $$ on the Astroman)
Only downside to the shoe is that it's a little bulky. And yes, it WILL turn your foot blue for the first day or two.
