if your are base camping or car camping this the pad of choice. While not light enough for a deep hike it is compact enough to not take up to much space while loading up for a trip to the outdoors. Insulation is great and keeps the cold out well. i used this with a cot and the comfort is great in addition to having the ability to adjust your the firmness.
