Dollar store balloons last longer, and campsaver will not refund you - Exped MegaMat Duo 10 Sleeping Pad

Thomas's Review of Exped MegaMat Duo 10 Sleeping Pad
We slept on it without any problems for 6 nights in Yellowstone National Park on a designated camping spot, Canyon Campground. On the 7th day, it started to rain. We gathered all of our stuff into the tent and half-rolled this mattress to the side to make room so our stuff would stay dry.
There was a cardboard box underneath the corner of the mattress. My tiny 4 year old daughter, leaned against the mattress on to of that box and that was enough to put two massive 2 1/2 inch tears on the underside.
Exped says this is "normal wear and tear" not covered by the warrantee. Campsaver says that if Exped will not offer a refund, they will not either.
Generally I love exped gear, but, you should at least do your self a favor and buy from a store that will take a return on a $300 item that only lasts 7 days.
Pros:
warm, comfortable
Cons:
fragile

Wasting money
