Rod purchase - Falcon Rods Coastal Rod

I ordered a "Traveler" series casting rod for it's capacity to be broken down (3 pieces) and packed through rugged terrain. I was shipped the correct model rod, however the length I ordered was incorrect. Of course, I was disappointed in that this effected my immediate plans for using the rod. When I contacted Campsaver, they were not only openly regretful for the mistake, they were highly responsive in their move to correct it.

The attitudes of the people I dealt with are what I appreciate most. Anybody in a large mail order facility can drop the ball from time to time. It's the way they picked it up that will make me continue to think of them first in future sports transactions.
