Excellent jacket - Filson Mackinaw Cruiser

I am very happy with my new jacket. I wanted an old school wool jacket and that’s exactly what it is. However it is not perfect if you have trouble with buttons it could be a problem. It could use another closing inside pocket otherwise it’s great. The hand warmer pockets are in the perfect location underneath the lower patch pockets. The weight is just right not to heavy or to light. Now for the fit. I am 6 ft. tall 185 - 190 lb. chest is 42 regular build l thought a medium would fit the best and in a way I was right but I ended up with a large. The medium was a perfect fitted look but not much room for layering. I called Filson and talked to a customer service representative and they told me a large would work better for me. Glad I listened to the experts. This is a great classic looking wool jacket.
