I bought the 510 Exum Guides for hiking and climbing in Moab becuase my other shoes were sliding too much and were unsafe. I needed a better shoe and these exceded my expectations. As a BASE jumper, climbing to an exit point can be as dangerous, if not more dangerous than the jump.
