These Vidda pro pants are made with the original g1000 fabric from fjallraven, which is the most durable, and has no stretch, which is what I prefer. With these pants, if you are between sizes, I would recommend sizing up to account for the lack of stretch. The snap closure at the cuffs, with boot lace hook, work really well to keep your pants in place. The pockets are really well thought-out. Although there are no back pockets, the right cargo pocket has an elastic netting on the inside that is good for securing a wallet. I have never felt I needed more pocket storage space. Also, considering that the pants are highly durable, the fabric is surprisingly soft and comfortable. To make them more waterproof and durable, treat them with fjallraven wax. To increase breathability, wash the wax out.
