I am a 34 waist, 32 inseam, and the medium fit well. I returned the Ice color Chemical pants however because they tend to be a shade on the light purple side of gray. The stitching is purple as well. The pants are not silver or light gray, but rather a gray with a light purple tint. Otherwise, the fabric is tough and this looks like a very durable pant. Sorry the color wasn't really "Ice" or
