KIRK M.'s Review of Giro Range MIPS Snow Helmet
Owned a Giro Helment from 2008 that I bought in Park City, Utah. Love the fit (oval head) & the features: MIPS TECHNOLOGY, magnetic clasp etc. One drawback is the very stiff and hard to open vent slide on the top of the helmet. I am trying to work through this drawback by applying a high grade silicone to the vents so they open & close all the way shut, with less brute force. Best if you try it in the store to see if you experience the same annoyance.
