I don't have a Sherpa 100AC but I have two Sherpa 40 batteries and this sleeve fits them very well. There is about an inch of extra space on the side but it's not enough that they slide around a lot. You could fit a third Sherpa 40 in there, but I use the extra space for cords so I have everything together when traveling.
The zipper toggle is large and easy to grasp, and the zipper is smooth. Since these batteries are hard and heavy, the case protects other items in my bag from them.

- Size - fits multiple Sherpa 40 batteries
- Great zipper!
- Strong, soft fabric
Cons:
- Would be nice if Goal Zero made a case for the Sherpa 40
Best Used for:
- travel
- Keeping charging gear together
