The material is very rugged and will take a lot of abuse for airline travel
The zip opening is strong and opens fully to access the complete duffel
The shoulder strap although thinner are quite comfortable for carrying
This means the duffel is portable from the plane to a final destination
Lots a grab handles to it is easy to pick up
The molle straps are useful if you need that (I do not)
All together a well made and rugged duffel that I can see getting a lot of usage good for travel
