I found the plastic frame of the pack is way too short in height and does not allow the load tensioning straps to be able to do anything.
The pack felt more like a traditional rucksack than a modern pack.If the large size had more of a range of adjustments this would not be a issue.
I have a 17 inch torso and had to buy the short size.
